Ruth is responsible for analyzing and reconciling all payroll related general ledger accounts, maintaining all grant and contract records, tracking the status of employee, intern and student accounts, and assisting in the coordination, preparation and administration of the annual budget. In addition, Ruth helps prepare for annual audits, tracks sub-contracts, and responds to inquiries regarding grants, payroll and personal accounts. As part of the Finance Department she also assists, as required, in the monthly close of accounts and supports the Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer as assigned.
