Tracey Byron

Tracey is a Bermudian with a university degree in Management Science/Marketing from Kean University, USA. Tracey also holds the American Management Association Certificate in Human Resources, received from the Bermuda College’s PACE Program.

Tracey gained much of her HR professional and executive assistant experience within the Trust, Fund Administration, Public Accounting and Tourism industries locally and internationally. Tracey was a member of the global HR team with MUFG Fund Services (Bermuda) Limited, where she held the position of Supervisor, Human Resources from January 2009 – July 2019. She was responsible for all facets of H.R. in their Bermuda office.

In January 2021 Tracey joined BIOS as Human Resources Generalist reporting directly to the Chief Financial & Operating Officer. Tracey is responsible for all aspects of H.R. which includes talent focused recruitment, employment-based Immigration, training and development programs, performance management, employee relations and the implementation/management of company policies and procedures.
