Mr. Williams is a Partner and member of Dentons' Corporate practice in the New York office. He focuses on commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and financings for US and non-US clients. He also counsels domestic and multi-national corporations on all securities law topics and corporate finance matters. The Legal 500 has recognized Tony for his M&A experience.

Tony is also a member of Dentons' Family Office and High Net Worth Sector (DFO), offering legal services to high net worth individuals, families, and family offices spanning numerous practices and jurisdictions. He provides a broad range of advice to assist these individuals and their family offices in their for-profit and not-for-profit endeavors around the world.

After working in its Hong Kong office and founding its San Francisco office, Tony served as Chairman of Coudert Brothers LLP from 1993 to 2001. He has deep international experience in financial management, investments, accounting and business development. He is a veteran of the United States Army.
